The flesh of a bovine is filleted and dyed in a black that portends doom. Killian Skarr then cuts this integument into crude shapes before handcrafting it into a form that is at once stunning in appearance, sinister to wear, and fully functional for restraining limbs. They are thick, chunky leather, cut rough and bound tightly with industrial-strength rivets and heavy waxed line to insure that they will last a lifetime of punishment.*These restraints are treated with beeswax. Please let the artist know if you are allergic and he will omit this part of the process.
